Michelangelo Full-Range Ribbon Loudspeaker
Alsyvox Michelangelo is the flagship made-to-order ribbon planar loudspeaker, featuring a fully symmetrical three-panel design with seven ribbon drivers.
It is a three panels design fully symmetrical with two ribbon planar woofer panels (each woofer is 320mm wide) at the sides of a central element containing 5 ribbons: two 45mm wide midranges at the sides, two 25mm wide tweeters like Raffaello and one 9mm wide super tweeter in the center. Overall width is 1270mm (50”) and height is 2030mm (80”) like Caravaggio and Raffaello.
As it is designed like a double Caravaggio resulting dynamics, sensitivity and resolution is about 3dB higher. Frequency response is from 18Hz flat to 40kHz, crossover frequencies are 250Hz, 1250Hz, 4800Hz all first order. Overall emission surface of 2.6 sqm (29 sqft) is helping to get high dynamics and deep and powerful bass. Sensitivity 96-98dB according to crossover adjustments.
Total weight per channel 290Kg + 70Kg crossovers
It is recommended in rooms with at least 6m width (20’) and 50sqm (500sqft) surface
