Design & Build

Legato translates Fono Acustica’s artisan cable-making philosophy into a more accessible collection. High-purity oxygen-free copper conductors are arranged in application-specific geometries, allowing each cable to be optimized for the signal or power it carries.

The conductors are protected by durable blue-and-black nylon sleeving and terminated with carefully selected pure-copper connectors. Anodized-aluminium housings and splitters provide mechanical stability while giving the collection a consistent visual identity.

Every Legato cable is assembled and finished by hand, with conductor count, connector type and internal construction adapted to its intended role.

With analogue interconnects, digital cables, USB, RJ45, speaker cables, jumpers and power cords available, Legato can provide consistent cabling throughout an entire audio system.

The collection is well suited to systems where musical coherence, build quality and ease of installation are priorities. Its comparatively flexible construction also makes Legato practical behind equipment racks and in installations with limited space.
