Design & Build
Allegro introduces Fono Acustica’s proprietary silver-and-copper metallurgy. Its conductors are manufactured specifically for the company from high-purity silver and copper, thermally treated and combined in ratios selected for each cable application.
The conductors are individually protected by Teflon dielectrics and arranged within flexible external tubing. Extensive shielding helps isolate delicate audio signals from electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference, while the cable’s mechanical construction is designed to reduce unwanted vibration.
Every Allegro cable is assembled and terminated by hand, reflecting Fono Acustica’s belief that metallurgy, geometry, dielectric behaviour and mechanical construction must be developed as one complete system.
System Pairing
Allegro is available for nearly every critical connection in a high-performance audio system. Matching analogue interconnects, digital cables, speaker cables and power cords allows the same conductor philosophy and tonal character to be maintained from source to loudspeaker.
