Design & Build

The PODIUM STAND was developed specifically for Kiso Acoustic’s compact HB-series loudspeakers. Its sculpted top plate follows the outline of the speaker base, creating a visually integrated support while positioning the cabinet at the correct height for seated listening.

The transparent gel sheets supplied with the loudspeakers are placed between the speaker and top plate. With the corners carefully aligned, this interface supports the resonant behaviour central to Kiso Acoustic’s instrument-inspired cabinet design. Floor spikes are included for stable installation and precise levelling.

System Pairing

The PODIUM STAND is the dedicated support for HB-1 and HB-X1 loudspeakers and is also presented by Kiso Acoustic with the HB-N1.

For installation, place the supplied transparent gel sheet between the loudspeaker base and stand top plate, then align all four corners carefully. The included spikes should be adjusted so that each stand is stable and level before final speaker positioning and toe-in.
