Network Streamers
DreamPlay S
Kalista's reference network streamer, conceived for listeners who already own a DAC they trust — the streaming stage alone, in the brand's signature tripod form. Hand-built in France.
Key Features
- Pure network streaming source with no onboard D/A converter, intended to pair with a separate reference DAC
- Native high-resolution playback: PCM up to 32-bit / 384 kHz and DSD up to DSD256
- Broad protocol support: Roon Ready, Qobuz Connect, TIDAL Connect, Spotify Connect, Deezer, DLNA/UPnP, Audirvana and vTuner
- Wired and wireless networking (Ethernet and Wi-Fi)
- USB 2.0 input for external storage
- Dedicated external Elektra power supply
- Signature chassis in solid aluminium, stainless steel and methacrylate
Design & Build
Like every Kalista device, the DreamPlay S combines solid aluminium, stainless steel and clear methacrylate — a mix chosen as much for its decoupling and vibration control as for its unmistakable look. Each unit is hand-assembled in the Métronome Technologie workshop in France.
System Pairing
Designed to partner a separate reference DAC — for example the Kalista Mantax — for listeners who prefer dedicated specialist components at each stage of the chain.
