Tonda

The VIMBERG Tonda is a three-way full-range loudspeaker designed to deliver exceptional clarity, scale, and control. It is available with a 30 mm Accuton Cell ceramic tweeter, or with the optional 30 mm pure diamond tweeter as the Tonda D, offering an even higher level of refinement and resolution. A 168 mm Accuton Cell ceramic midrange delivers remarkable transparency and speed, seamlessly integrated with three 190 mm Accuton Cell woofers featuring 3D-shaped aluminum honeycomb sandwich diaphragms. Combined with the dual-tune bass-reflex design, the result is deep, fast, and exceptionally controlled bass. VIMBERG’s bespoke Monopulse crossover is engineered specifically for the Tonda and its drivers. With carefully selected Mundorf and Duelund components, it provides exceptional linearity, optimized impulse response, precise timing, and seamless integration across the entire frequency range. The aluminum-HDF hybrid construction combines a massive aluminum front structure with resonance-absorbing waterproof HDF fiber laminate, creating an exceptionally rigid foundation for the drivers and ensuring outstanding precision. A precision-machined aluminum isolation stand with a five-part isolation system provides excellent stability and allows precise adjustment for different floor surfaces. Premium Argento pure-silver binding posts and high-end Mogami internal wiring complete the signal path.
