Aavik UMAC™ Amplifier: Unmatched Audio Control

This patented technology employs sine wave PWM generation instead of triangle modulation, creating less high-frequency noise. Advanced dual mixed-mode feedback delivers superior damping factors characteristic of linear amplifiers.

The DAC Section: Secure the Signal Transport and Tonal Balance

Five digital inputs support audio performance without digital signature. Time-aligned, ultra-short 4-layer PCB traces preserve pristine sound quality. Ultra-low jitter onboard clocks and 13 isolated voltage regulators minimize timing errors.

Common DAC and Amp Mainboard

A unified mainboard replaces separated designs, providing the shortest possible signal path between amplifier and DAC and guarantees excellent timing control.

Volume Control: Affects the Sonic Experience

The inverted, virtual GND amplifier topology provides highest stability. Powerful feedback allows damping below unity gain while preserving full signal integrity at minimal noise ratios.

Resonant Mode Power Supply: Quiet but Extremely Powerful

Sine wave-driven design increases operating frequency when more power is needed, raising power density. Ultra-low noise regulators output microvolts to nanovolts, significantly lower than conventional regulators.

Individual Audio Settings: For Your Personal Preferences

Four individual settings accommodate listening preferences. Up-sampling can be toggled on or off, with choices between slow and fast high-frequency roll-off filters.

The Tesla Coil Principle

Double-inverted coils carry voltage; when encountering spikes, counter-spikes activate to eliminate noise. Multiple parallel Tesla coils improve the perceived blackness in the music.

Active Tesla Coil: Effective Noise Killer

Power-supplied active Tesla coils achieve lower impedance and superior noise elimination, about three to four times more efficient than passive Tesla coils.
